Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to lead our commercial landscape maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring quality service, and providing leadership to crew members.
Compensation
- Wage Range: $22 - $26 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily crew dispatch and operations
- Coordinate morning crew preparations and evening equipment return
- Operate company truck and trailer safely and efficiently
- Supervise and lead a crew of 1-3 team members
- Maintain commercial landscapes to defined quality standards
- Adhere to budgeted time frames for site maintenance
- Provide exceptional customer service and direct client interaction
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of landscape equipment
- Communicate effectively with management and team members
- Complete daily logs, time tracking, and job documentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges
Required Qualifications
- Valid Washington State Driver's License and clean driving record
- Ability to operate truck and trailer
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead a team
- Proficiency with smartphone and tablet technology
Preferred Qualifications
Previous crew leadership experience
2-3 years landscape industry experience
Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and standards
