FT: Lead Cook, Olean The Lead Cook is responsible for coordinating and assisting in the planning, storage, preparation and delivery of food to patients, visitors and staff. Experience in hospital food service including therapeutic diets or five years in hospital quantity hot food production including modified diets. Two years food production training. Culinary knowledge to include cookery skills and techniques as wells as baking and garnishing skills. Must follow application safety procedures, environmental controls and appropriate PPE.
