Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Actalent Services is seeking a skilled and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join manufacturing team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and enhancing production efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive manufacturing techniques and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes.

• Design and implement production layouts and workflows.

• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.

• Conduct time studies and workflow analysis to optimize production efficiency.

• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.

• Implement lean manufacturing principles and practices.

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

• Provide technical support and training to production staff.

• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• Previous experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the automotive industry.

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment.
