JBT Corporation Regional Sales Manager - Remote in Ohio, United States

Responsibilities As the Regional Sales Manager, you will report to the Director of Sales of JBT Bevcorp and you will be responsible for profitable sales growth and managing our relationships and dealings with customers in assigned territory. On a given day, you may: Understand the customers' needs, ensuring proposals are succinct, and ensuring what has been sold is communicated into project management and production for fulfillment. Know all existing and potential new customers in assigned territory. Define a call plan to ensure coverage to all existing and potential new customers. Coordinate Team Selling when expertise from Product Specialist, Process Control Experts or others in the organization can help to add value when formulating solutions for our customers. Follow-up on all Project quotations and maintain a sales forecast to help analyze market conditions. Participate in kick-off, hand-off, and other production meetings. Be responsible as Key Account Manager for one large Customer base and communicate their needs internally to Bevcorp. Requirements for the role Proficient in sales methodologies and territory management. Bachelor's in Engineering. Minimum of three years of experience in beverage blending and filling or directly related field. Understand many industrial blending, seamer, handling, and filling processes. Travel & Location You will be fully remote and we ask that you travel approximately 70% of the time.
