Job Description

One of Insight Global Clients is looking for a Sr loan officer to come join their team in the Phoenix Arizona area. This individual will be solely responsible for managing the existing loan portfolio and generating new business. They will also be responsible for managing the relationship with brokers and managing multiple loan portfolios. Additionally, they will be responsible for generating new business and being familiar with selling the financial services. The ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for lending, is self-motivated and a driven individual that can operate independently or with a team.

Skills and Requirements

* Minimum of 10 years of commercial lending experience.

* Experience interpreting financial statements.

*  Experience interviewing, underwriting, and presenting commercial loans.

*  Sales Experience. Experience seeking out and generating new business.

* Familiarity with Credit Union products and processes. (CSAIR, TALON, Oracle Teller Pro, HostLink, Instant membership, LoanPro, Imaging, OnDemand)

* Bachelor's Degree in Business required, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities:

· analyze loan documents, financial statements, and borrower information.

· Maintains excellent relationships with existing clients. Meets needs and expands relationships.

· Provides high quality service to members and business/trade professionals.

· Actively manages and mines for new opportunities in a commercial portfolio more than $200 million.

· Oversees the workflow and quality of work for assigned underwriter, portfolio officer, credit analyst, and processor.

· Negotiates with potential borrowers regarding loan terms and pricing with little assistance from management.

· Expected to train and mentor junior loan officers on issues of credit and prospecting. Pluses:

· MBA or Master's degree in a business field preferred.

· Familiar with Credit Union policies null
