Now Hiring - TRAILER/TRUCK SHOP MECHANIC
Pay: $20 per hour

Local Odessa company is searching for a Trailer/Truck Shop Mechanic. This growing company is looking to hire a hard working trailer/truck shop mechanic who will be responsible for the fabrication and repair of trailers and equipment.
This creative company is growing fast. You will be vital to their success and production goals.
Duties:
Keep work area clean and safe
Inspect and perform service and repair on electrical, air systems, and brake systems
Use hand tools, precision instruments and power tools to accomplish tasks
Examine and adjust protective guards, loose bolts, and specific safety devices
Raise trucks, buses, and heavy parts or equipment using hydraulic jacks or hoists
Attach test instruments to equipment, read dials and gauges to diagnose malfunctions
Inspect and verify dimensions and clearances of parts to ensure conformance to factory specification

Requirements:
1 - 3 years prior trailer mechanic experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to walk, sit, reach, climb, kneel, and crawl
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
High School Diploma or equivalent
