Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Manager in overseeing all aspects of day-to-day operations.

• Supervise, develop, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and meet performance goals.

• Handle scheduling, workflow assignments, and staff evaluations in coordination with the Manager.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.

• Assist in inventory management, including ordering, tracking, and merchandise display.

• Resolve customer issues and provide guidance to staff on delivering excellent customer experiences.

• Monitor and report on key operational and financial metrics.

• Step in to manage the location in the Manager’s absence.

  Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus).

• 2–4 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.

• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing industries preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with staff and customers.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

• Proven problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and teamwork.

• Availability for flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays.
