Lift Power Inc Parts Associate III in Ocala, Florida
The Parts Associate III is responsible for all aspects of the Parts Associate duties, including sales, service, and consignment. This position plans and maintains a Parts Department consignment program in order to provide exceptional customer service. The Parts Associate III works closely with Lift Power customers, technicians and other departments.
Perform warehouse duties including shipping, receiving, stocking, loading and unloading trucks
Handle technician calls, walk up inquiries, email requests and inquiries
Provide quotes and place parts orders for customers and technicians
Assist technicians and customers by locating and pulling parts and resolving other inquiries or requests
Promote sales growth by actively seeking new consignment accounts through visits to prospective customers with CSSR’s and by adding new items to the consignment program
Requirements
Customer Service – able to provide high level of service to customers, building relationships and acting as internal company advocate
Team Orientation & Interpersonal – ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with all levels within, and external to, the organization
Communication – able to effectively and express self verbally and in writing with co-workers, customers, vendors, and managers
Organization & Time Management – able to work independently with minimal supervision, planning, scheduling and organizing schedule to complete actions within established deadlines; able to handle multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
Systems & Software – proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications
