Here, you will make an impact by:Managing and owning set-up, optimization and administration of global service-related systems, applications, and websites.Developing hardware and application service documentationDeveloping global training and train the trainer materials for in-person and remote service providers.Leading the development and implementation of improvements and solutions to support service processes and tools.Business Process Subject Matter Expert (SME) and key contributor to the standardization of service documentation from new product introduction through obsoletion.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher AND two (2) years of experience in systems administration, MS Office applications, training development or technical writing.ORHigh School Diploma/GED from AND six (6) years of experience in systems administration, MS Office applications, training development or technical writing.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:General understanding of website set-up and design (HTML, general web-browser knowledge).Experience with global regulatory requirements in the medical device or drug industry.Adobe suite (Creative Cloud) or Articulate experience.Video recording and photo editing and creation.SAP knowledge.Work location: Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Oakdale - MN at least 2 days per week)Travel: May include up to 5% domesticRelocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
