Your future role.

  • Within the Finance and Treasury Team you are responsible for implementing the treasury management systems ensuring functional readiness for Innomotics’ independence post closing.

  • You are in charge of setting up and administrating the finance and treasury IT landscape (mainly payment platform and inhouse bank tool), including master data management, user authorization, monitoring of interfaces or administration of cash pools and intercompany clearing; the management of our external system providers is also part of your duties.

  • You implement and manage the global bank account and payment structure in regulated as well as non-regulated countries (e.g. cash pooling, account clearing).

  • You ensure cash concentration at central level to the extent possible by monitoring bank account balances and steering short-term cash needs.

  • Your responsibility includes the execution of payments and processing of bank account statements in the context of finance and treasury transactions.

  • You closely collaborate with the other Innomotics Finance and Treasury teams in order to drive continuous optimization and the digitalization of processes.

Your profile.

  • You hold a university degree in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, IT or similar, ideally complemented by an additional finance-related qualification

  • You have long-term experience in treasury, ideally in a global mid-size company environment

  • Ideally you have experience from working abroad and gained a deep understanding of different cultures and their way of interacting

  • You have proven knowledge in digitalization and automation of treasury- and / or cash management processes, including relevant reporting

  • Considering a particularly high number of internal and external contacts required to effectively carry out this role, highly effective networking, collaboration, and communication skills are key for this role

  • You work highly analytically and conceptionally under great commitment and resilience

  • Your openness and interest in new things make you to an outstanding team player contributing to our successful and powerful Innomotics Finance & Treasury Team

  • You demonstrate fluent command of German and English
