Your future role.

You will be a proactive, shaping, and trusted partner for our client with the following tasks:

  • You will be responsible for the annual global target agreed for the account

  • You will functionally manage a global account team

  • You will define and implement the strategic account plan

  • You build up a strong relationship at various customer management levels; influence the main stakeholders and the customer’s decision makers

  • You are in charge of monitoring all current offers and opportunities maintaining high quality data into CRM tool, assuring a correct overall awareness of project status

  • You create effective competitive strategies to reduce competitive threats and acquire competitive information through win/loss analysis

  • You under broad direction, apply strategic value selling methodology, tools, and processes to improve sales effectiveness on complex projects and pursuits

  • You establish and maintain forecast accuracy for the account portfolio

  • If needed, you lead communication for ongoing projects in execution

Your profile.

  • You own a completed university degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or similar

  • You have long-term experience in strategic sales incl. strategic vision and planning capabilities

  • You have knowledge of Low Voltage Motor, Medium Voltage Drive, High Voltage Motor and Generator portfolio

  • You have knowledge of the market and the competitors’ offer

  • You show sharp selling skills (internal and external) with a strong orientation to reach the targets, initiative, autonomy and propensity to work in a team

  • You demonstrate business and financial acumen, problem-solving capabilities and cultural empathy

  • Business fluency in English (written and spoken) plus availability for business trips on national and international level round off your profile.

  • German language skills are appreciated
