Job Description

A large scale healthcare client is seeking a Psychotherapy manager to join a large hospital in Norwich hospital. This person will be working between 2 locations in an 80/20 split in Norwich and Willimantic Connecticut. They will be responsible for managing 8 direct reports, developing programs, scheduling staff, and overall managing the department.

The working hours are 8-5 M-F

Skills and Requirements

5 years of experience in Pyschotherapy experience - Needs to be INPATIENT

1+ years of management experience (needs to have direct reports)

Active LCSW, LMFT, LPC or Psychologist certification (only need one of these)

Masters degree in a mental health discipline null
