Join FactSet's dynamic IAM team within our Cybersecurity division, where innovative solutions meet robust identity protection standards. As an intern, you'll be immersed in the world of access control and identity management, contributing to critical projects while developing essential skills in cybersecurity.
Responsibilities:
- Support the IAM team in integrating automation tools for managing employee data and access permissions.
- Participate in access reviews to ensure adherence to the principle of least privilege.
- Contribute to creating technical and process documentation, including flow charts and deployment diagrams.
- Collaborate with experienced cybersecurity engineers to assess opportunities for automation and improve security controls.
- Generate reports to support audit and compliance requirements, with guidance from the team.
- Engage in ongoing process improvement initiatives to bolster security service delivery and mitigate risk.
Required Skills:
- Students pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Shell Scripting, or SQL.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including authentication, authorization, and identity management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
