Premiere Staffing Services Inc is currently seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join a dynamic team in a leading chemical fertilizing company dedicated to providing high-quality products to their customers. Job Description: We are looking for a dependable and experienced Loader Operator to manage the loading and unloading of materials in their facility. The ideal candidate will hold a valid 2C MA Hydraulic license and have extensive experience in operating front-end loaders in an industrial setting. Key Responsibilities: Safely operate front-end loaders to move and load materials. Load and unload trucks, containers, and other vehicles. Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment. Ensure proper handling and storage of materials. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient operations. Assist with other duties as required. Qualifications: Valid 2C MA Hydraulic license. Proven experience as a loader operator, preferably in a chemical or industrial environment. Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations. Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Skills: Experience in the chemical fertilizing or similar industry. Familiarity with inventory management systems. Basic computer skills. Working Conditions: Full-time position with the possibility of overtime. Industrial environment with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels. Physical demands include lifting, carrying, and moving heavy materials.
