Robert Half currently has a position for a Logistics Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for coordinating the transportation, inventory, and delivery of goods, ensuring that our products reach their destinations on time and in excellent condition. This position is located in North Miami. Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish. If you consider yourself to thrive in a fast-paced environment, this might be the right fit for you.

• Plan, schedule, and monitor the movement of goods to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

• Track inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for carriers, suppliers, and customers regarding shipment and delivery status.

• Ensure all logistics operations comply with local, national, and international regulations.

• Prepare and manage shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and invoices.

• Address and resolve any issues related to shipping, delivery, and inventory discrepancies.

• Monitor logistics performance metrics and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.

• Work closely with the sales, customer service, and warehouse teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

  Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of logistics software and inventory management systems.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
