Robert Half has an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and articulate Customer Support Specialist to join a well-respected non-profit organization. What you’ll be doing every day as a Customer Support Specialist:

• Manage both inbound and outbound calls daily

• Provide friendly, accurate, and timely customer service

• Review medication orders with patients, covering details like cost, insurance coverage, shipping options, etc.

• Perform other related duties as assigned

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish

• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, across all levels of the organization

• Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems, applications, and utilizing search tools to find information

• Achievement-oriented with a positive attitude and a professional approach to work

• Strong customer service and office administrative skills

• Previous experience in Call Center Customer Service
