Necessary Skills
· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
· 5-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or consulting.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel (including financial modeling and analytical techniques) and PowerPoint.
· Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
· Key competencies include a results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong partnerships.
A day in the role…
· Assist the Enterprise FP&A team with consolidating and reporting by producing, delivering, and optimizing reporting packages, presentation materials, and operational/financial dashboards for the Executive team, business units, functional teams, and investor relations.
· Prepare monthly analyses of business trends and budget variances in financial results and Key Performance Indicators for use in management reviews and strategic business analysis sessions.
· Conduct in-depth analyses of business financial performance, focusing on key drivers impacting results, advising on risks and opportunities, and recommending action plans, including gap closures, cost management considerations, and strategies for revenue and profitability growth.
· Participate actively in the company's target setting, budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes.
· Develop, support, and maintain operational models to aid internal decision-making processes and discussions with external stakeholders.
· Provide support for financial ad-hoc analyses and requests across the FP&A team.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $67.00 - $92.00/hr.
