Sr. Material Analysts with Rivian Automotive, LLC in Normal, IL. Responsible for production planning, material requirements planning, and inventory control. Execute the material inventory processes as they relate to Material Requirements Planning. Support the material handling and production team, interface with logistics and logistics providers. Support new business strategies and material flow analysis. Conduct cross functional training across different production control support positions. Monitor supplier performance, conformance, and production schedules. Facilitate and highlight opportunity for supplier improvement plans and countermeasures. Responsible for pilot and leading unit material Inbound to Delivery Readiness.\ \ RQMTS: Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field and minimum one (1) year of experience in any occupation involving material planning, process engineering, or related. Experience must include: SAP; Data Analysis; ERP and/or MRP focusing on product lifecycle management, EDI communications, bills of material, supply chain operations, and procure to pay processes; Production planning and project management; and Performing root cause analysis and developing corrective action plans. Salary Range: \$90,000 - \$120,000/yr.
