Job Description

Seeking a professional Medical Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities include greeting patients courteously, escorting them to examination rooms, accurately documenting in electronic health records, and managing medical supplies by stocking and inventory. You will schedule appointments, handle confirmation calls, manage patient charts, and prepare for the next day's activities. Additionally, you will assist in various other duties as needed.

Hard Skills

  • 1+ years of women's health experience

  • Certification or Registration as a Medical Assistant

  • Proficiency in using electronic health systems, specifically All Script

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Norfolk, Virginia.

Work Environment

This role operates Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm. Occasional travel may be required (less than once a week).

Working alongside another Medical Assistant, supporting 3-5 providers.
