Develop and instruct group activity and exercise classes designed to meet the needs of senioradults who attend the Healthcare Center. Supervise and coordinate wellness activities,exercise programming, leisure activities, and overall interactions. Make activity and exercisemodifications for participants with health issues. Assist in performing pre and post functionalassessments and interpret results to make appropriate exercise recommendations. Follow andapply exercise norms and protocols to provide safe and effective exercise programs[emphasizing strength, endurance, and flexibility.
