SquadStack E-learning Content Developer in Noida, India
Roles & Responsibilities
The Content Designer will be primarily responsible for content creation to automate training via LMS. The Scope of Work would encompass domain knowledge in either Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, or education e-commerce. A blended profile in the mentioned industry would be an added advantage. Prior experience in Content creation and Training Would be required for this profile. Prior experience with LMS would be a prerequisite for the role.
Manage end-to-end training content development projects.
To develop and design the training content using micro-learning tools, PowerPoint, Canva, Powtoon, Camtasia etc.
Develop small animated microlearning videos.
Ability to work independently with set deadlines and keep multiple projects on track at the same time
Update the content as per the needs and standards of business units.
Requirements
Should have a working knowledge of editing & video content creation
Proficiency with design software and tools like articulate storyline, Camtasia, Powtoon, basic graphic design tools (Canva)
Should be creative
Excellent in MS PowerPoint and Google Slides and Canva design
Logistics
Compensation: 3 - 5 Lacs p.a.
Joining Date: ASAP
Employment Type: Full-Time Contract or 1 year. Subject to revision To FTE basis performance.
