BorgWarner Inc. Sr. Maintenance Engineer in Ningbo, China
Ensure high maintenance standard of production equipment as well utilities and buildings in order to ensure reliable operation of the factory.
Develop and maintain predictive and preventive maintenance plans for the complete facility ensuring high uptime.
Manage backup/spare parts to ensure minimum equipment downtime.
Supervise and develop staff to optimize performance.
Monthly reporting.
Represent the company in contacts with outsourced specialized services.
Enforce health, safety, security and emergency systems awareness.
Support on EHS management systems (GSSF & ISO14001 & ISO45001), lead the EHS related duties for responsible areas
Strictly abide the EHS rules and regulations and behavior guide line in the plant; wear PPE in right way; actively participate in EHS training; do housekeeping at work; report accidents and unsafe issues immediately, join the accident disposal. Specific presentation can be reached in TMS system and individual job description.
Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
