Description:

1.To assist in the smooth and efficient operation of Fitness Pavilion area.

2.Keeps information material updated.

3.To have a full working knowledge and capability to supervise, correct and demonstrate tasks to subordinates to the standard set. Please note that Master Task Lists are reviewed and changed on a regular bases reflecting change in trends, guest expectations and operating philosophies.

4.To be completely aware of Fitness Pavilion activities, and to promote these actively, completely familiar with all facility opening and closing hours as well as product and services offered.

5.To assist in the review of all administrative policies and procedures relating to the reception desk, continually looking for methods to improve as required.

6.To be entirely flexible and adapt to rotate within the different sub departments of Fitness Pavilion.

7.To be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by Hotel.

8.To perform opening and closing procedures established for Fitness Pavilion.

9.To ensure that Fitness Pavilion area is kept clean and organized at all times.
