Job Overview:

We are searching for an AIOps and Cloud Automation Engineer with a strong passion for AI, Machine Learning, DevOps, and Cloud Computing. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to automating and enhancing the operational efficiency of our cloud product. We are looking for individuals with a comprehensive understanding of these domains and a fervent drive for learning. Experience in Full Stack development with proficiency in HANA, Cloud Foundry, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) is highly desirable.

The key responsibilities include working with cloud integration technologies (SAP CPI), HANA data modeling, app development, and APIs, along with expertise in authentication and security. Candidates with a foundational grasp of these concepts and a determined eagerness to expand their knowledge are encouraged to apply. This role offers the unique opportunity to develop your skills in an innovative and growing field.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with AI/ML models, from deployment to testing and monitoring.

• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or Bash.

• Understanding of cloud services and platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

• Basic understanding of system administrators tasks in Linux and Windows servers.

• Understanding of network protocols, database schema, and software development life cycle.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools like CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins.

• Knowledge of front end languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and libraries like AngularJS, ReactJS is a plus.

• Understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the development and implementation of AI/ML models for operational improvement.

• Helping in the automation of IT operations with the help of scripting.

• Assisting in monitoring and managing cloud services and platforms.

• Collaborating with teams for product's operational efficiency.

• Assisting in troubleshooting issues across various levels of the tech stack.

• Learning and assisting in managing system and network configurations.

• Insights on improving existing processes and technologies, and researching and suggesting new ones.

Other Skills:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Eagerness to learn quickly and effectively.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Education and Experience:

• 0-3 years experience; bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work

Schedule:

• 9 AM - 5 PM EST

• 1-3 days in office (Local to the Newtown SquarePennsylvania office is ideal)
