Bright Horizons Manager, Provider Relations in Newton, Massachusetts

The Provider Relations Manager (remote) is responsible for executing education provider recruitment and management in support of the EdAssist education provider product portfolio, meaning they engage with higher education, OPM, alternative education, and other workforce education providers to develop and maintain partnerships that benefit EdAssist clients and their employees. The manager will participate in recruitment and onboarding activities, maintain relationships by serving as the primary point of contact and updating agreements/contracts, and assisting with provider performances review in standard and custom product delivery settings. They must have extensive client-facing experience and be comfortable working independently. Experience with higher education and workforce education industries—specifically related to corporate and channel partnerships, advancement, or strategic enrollment—is highly desirable. The Manager will report to the Director of Provider Relations within the EdAssist Product Team and will be a fully remote role.

What you will be doing:

  • Recruits and onboards education providers as part of standard and custom provider product delivery, engaging in initial outreach, agreement/contract negotiations, provider orientation/training, and similar activities.

  • Serves as primary point of contact for provider-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and escalations.

  • Proactively develops and grows strong partnerships with providers to maintain current knowledge of provider offerings and to optimize outcomes.

  • Collects and analyzes provider/client alignment metrics to contribute to performance reviews and inform provider engagement strategy

  • Work closely with internal teams to facilitate provider product service delivery, quality control, and issue resolution.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned that support the objective of the position

  • Support the Sr. Director on provider-focused initiatives and product development

What we hope you will bring to this role:

  • Education Required: Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience Required: 3 years in partnership or account management or a position with similar requirements; higher education experience preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite required; Salesforce proficiency preferred

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including proficiency in client-facing communications

  • Proven project management skills

  • Evidence of being highly detail-oriented and organized with ability to work well across teams and in distance/work-from-homeenvironments

  • Self-starter who is comfortable working in dynamic, evolving environments

  • Experience with higher education and workforce education industries—specifically related to corporate and channel partnerships, advancement, or strategic enrollment—is highly desirable.

Compensation Range: $81,000 - $94,000 annual salary

Actual compensation offers will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
