Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Payroll Clerk in Newport, Rhode Island. In this role, you will be primarily involved in processing full cycle payroll and managing employee records.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full cycle payroll operations efficiently

• Utilize ADP Workforce Now and explore its conversion to ADP run

• Carefully review and maintain employee tax information

• Implement accounting software systems for improved efficiency

• Conduct audits to ensure payroll accuracy

• Handle accounts payable functions diligently

• Utilize Ceridian, Dayforce, and About Time for payroll processing

• Perform accounting functions and benefit functions effectively

• Address and resolve any payroll-related inquiries in a timely manner

• Regularly monitor and update customer accounts. Requirements • Proficient in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now

• Knowledge of Ceridian and Dayforce software

• Ability to utilize About Time software

• Understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience in Accounts Payable (AP)

• Skills in Auditing procedures

• Familiarity with Benefit Functions
