Job Description

An employer in the insurance industry is looking for a Marketing System Administrator focused on Eloqua to join the team and sit fully remote. This person will act as an Eloqua Application Administrator--they will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the client's marketing automation platform. Responsibilities will include ensuring Eloquas optimal performance, maintaining integrations with Salesforce, and collaborating closely with the marketing team. The Marketing System Administrator will configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Eloqua to ensure optimal performance and functionality. They will also create, deploy, and monitor marketing campaigns, including lead nurturing and segmentation. This person will also be responsible for ensuring Eloqua is functioning properly. They will implement updates and enhancements as needed and will manage cross-distribution lists and contact databases. About 75% of this person's day will be spent in Eloqua, with the remaining 25% spent in Salesforce.

Skills and Requirements

4+ years' relevant work experience

Strong understanding and proven experience working with Eloqua

Prior experience working on integrations between Eloqua and Salesforce

Experience working with Salesforce to ensure seamless data flow and synchronization.

Strong communication skills required Experience transitioning from Eloqua to Marketing Cloud null
