Compass Group USA Facilities Manager in Newell, West Virginia
The Unit Director will be the on-site leader for our organization at a Business & Industry Account. In the eyes of the client, this is the person that best represents our company. As you will see below, this role is expanding and one must have extremely strong communication, organizational and time management skills. Responsible for the overall management of the contracted services and assigned unit(s). Responsible for managing all activities of the department including ultimate financial responsibility. Successfully works with all levels of the facility staff in all matters relating to the scope of the facility. In this role you will be responsible for implementing HSE training, behavioral based safety programs, risk analysis, and HSE procedures in a hard and soft services environment at one or more client sites. Other responsibilities may include safety supervision of construction and special projects including Compass employees and contractor staff.
