To learn more about the Blood Collection team and how we serve the community, watch this short video: rdcrss.org/lifesavingrole WHERE YOUR CAREER IS A FORCE FOR GOOD (Key Responsibilities): Supervise blood collection staff at our Donor Center, including training and performance Drive for results and to serve others with a high level of respect for customer service Take the time to personally connect with donors - listen to their stories and help them understand the value of their donation Contribute to a friendly and fun environment. Team up with your co-workers to keep our donors coming back again and again Standard Schedule (Newark, Ohio): To best meet the needs of our donors and community, staff work a variable schedule which may include early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. Overnight travel may be required in some locations. Schedule is provided two to three weeks in advance Pay Information: ( Starting salary $56,800/year. Pay may increase depending on experience WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications): Bachelor's degree OR a combination of education and work experience (four to eight years of work experience in a related field) required Minimum two years of supervisory/leadership experience Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills are required. Ability to work a variable schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. A current, valid driver's license with good driving record may be required.
