Job Overview:
Assists in the daily operation of the Department by performing secretarial, receptionist, financial, ordering and general clerical duties.
Qualifications:
Required:
High School Diploma
Computer savvy
Preferred:
- At least 2-3 year s related experience
Scheduling Requirements:
Monday Friday
8:00am 4:00pm
Full Time
Essential Functions:
Schedules patients for clinic office visits
Maintains appropriate records and establishes departmental filing systems to ensure the expeditious retrieval of information so that department head and/or department staff can accomplish their responsibilities in time frames
Answers telephone, divert calls, receives and relays messages accurately
Ensures and maintains adequate levels of office supplies and equipment
Participates in overall telephone coverage on behalf of the entire Department and maintains complete and accurate telephone/visitor messages for department personnel, assuring timely and accurate routing of messages in a professional and courteous manner at all times
Performs other duties as assigned
