Remote Neurology Inside Sales Representative

Pay rate: $20 - 21/hr. depending on experience

Training hours: 8:30 am -5:00 pm EST (approximately 4 weeks)

Production schedule: between the hours of 8am - 8pm EST

Hiring in the Northeast / Mid - Atlantic: NJ, DE, VA, PA

Air travel: required 2-4 times a year within the continent US, and every other month for the District meetings

Must have: Inside Sales or Field Sales in the Neurology Therapeutic Area

Job Description:

Responsible for placing inside sales calls to HCPS for Neurology products on behalf of our pharmaceutical client via telephone, e-mail, and chat; in compliance with all reporting requirements for adverse events, product quality complaints, and patient privacy (HIPAA/ data privacy).

We support one of the world's top 10 pharmaceutical companies, working remotely to call doctor's offices and provide education on prescription drugs, with a focus on neurology products.

Responsibilities:

Professionally handle outbound calls in the Neurology Therapeutic Area

Ability to manage assigned targets/territories and achieve program goals.

Utilizes gatekeeping skills to reach appropriate targets and provide engaging dialogue for assigned products.

Handles all calls according to client specifications including but not limited to using computer systems, manual documentation, and training resources.

Possesses previous experience in business to business calling, ability to communicate complex information, excellent gatekeeping skills, and demonstrated blend of sales and service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Ability to efficiently type and navigate computer systems.

Obtain pertinent customer information and record customer interactions in appropriate systems as agreed with CLIENT. All information must be managed using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Requirements:

Proven experience in business-to-business calling.

Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.

Excellent gatekeeping skills.

Strong blend of sales and customer service skills.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in typing and navigating computer systems.

Ability to comply with all relevant policies and procedures.

Ability to engage effectively with client field representatives and health care professionals.

Experience using CRM systems for managing customer interactions.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
