Internal Audit protects Prudential and its businesses and support functions from current and emerging risks by applying systematic controls, processes and governance as well as promoting a strong ethical culture. You will participate on actual audit projects that test technology and/or business processes and controls, perform data analytics, directly apply coursework, and generate key enhancements that uncover and report trends to Prudential leaders, anticipate emerging risks and provide solutions to protect us from key risks.

Your Day to Day:
As an intern you will learn about the companys business objectives and understand how we approach risk management to achieve our mission to Protect Prudential. The 10-week Internal Audit Internship Program will provide you with valuable professional and personal development experiences within the following four key stages of an audit engagement:
1. Audit planning and Data collection
2. Scoping (Risk identification and Control Evaluation)
3. Control Testing
4. Issue Development and Audit Reporting
There are opportunities to work as a summer intern in ourTechnology Audit Groupas well as one of ourTraditional Audit Groups.You will have the option to choose your preference during the recruitment process. Some day-to-day responsibilities from each area could include:
Interns focused onnon-ITaudits will gain exposure to one or more key risk areas including sales practices, operations, capital adequacy, liquidity, and models. In addition, you will apply audit techniques to learn about Prudentials investment and insurance businesses and/or corporate functions such as Treasurers and the Chief Investment Office
Required Qualifications:
Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelors program graduating between December 2025 and May 2027
Preferred majors include Information Technology, Computer Science, Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Finance, and Statistics; or double majors in one of these fields with Accounting as a second area of focus.
Minimum 3.0 GPA recommended

Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.
