Join the Mizuho team as an MDM Engineer!

We are seeking a Mobility Administrator for MDM platform. Responsible for upgrades, monitoring performance, fine-tuning, capacity planning, troubleshooting, deployments and post support according to company standards, policies and procedures; and maintaining disaster recovery environments to ensure compliance with the corporate plan of business continuity.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Level 2 and 3 end user support

  • MDM solution support (Currently AirWatch MDM)

  • Device inventory management including procurement, deployment and decommissioning.

  • Device security through containerization and security, compliance & application policies, profiles and configurations protecting access to company systems and data.

  • Mobile application management including approved mobile application store management and new application whitelisting.

  • Manage mobile carrier relationships and services.

  • Engineering of mobility solutions including next generation MDM platform

  • Maintenance of on-premises server MDM infrastructure components and connectivity to Workspace ONE cloud tenant and back-end resources.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • Workspace ONE UEM and Workspace ONE Access SME

  • Apple DEP/ABM/VPP/APNS knowledge

  • Android EMM / Android Work Profile vs Work Managed

  • UEM device profiles: iOS/Android restrictions, device passcode, Wi-Fi profiles, etc.

  • UEM compliance policies

  • UEM repositories: file share paths, etc.

  • Apple, Android, Windows PC/Laptop and MacOS device enrollments

  • Core Workspace ONE apps: Hub, Boxer, Content, Web, Tunnel

  • LDAP / Directory Services / Secure LDAP

  • Workspace ONE infrastructure components (Cloud Connector, Universal Access Gateway, Secure Email Gateway

  • General VPN tunneling: PerAppVPN, etc.

  • General understanding of OUs, AD users, AD attributes, AD groups and Assignment Groups in the UEM environment

    • O365 / Federated authentication
  • General understanding of certificates

  • General understanding of API’s

  • General understanding of high availability, DR sites

  • Familiar with ServiceNow for incident tickets, request tasks, change management and reporting

  • Windows server administration experience

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS OR EXPERIENCE:

  1. Experience: 5+ years’ Experience in financial institution.

  2. Qualification: Project experience - Full project life Cycle (Working under Project management)

    Experience: 2+ years

  3. Qualification: Strong knowledge of VMware Workspace ONE(AirWatch)

    Experience: 3+ years

  4. Qualification: BS degree in Information Technology or equivalent industry experience with required certifications.

OTHER/MISCELLANEOUS:

Required to provide remote system support as needed.

The expected base salary ranges from $77k-$145k. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
