Transaction & Relationship Managers, T&CF with ING Financial Services, LLC in New York, NY. Responsible for monitoring of assigned Trade & Commodity Finance client portfolios. Closely monitor and observe trends in activities of clients based on the evolution of collateral, changes in utilization of facilities and other transactional patterns. Provide input to relationship managers and deal principals based upon observations. Utilize LoanIQ (lending portfolio ledger) and TCM collateral management systems to track and monitor collateral position and lending exposure of all Trade & Commodity Finance clients. Prepare client analysis packs including graphs and discussion of collateral development over time, and breakdown and analysis of collateral classes. Communicate efficiently with the Risk, Finance, Bank Treasury, and Portfolio Management functions in the complex processes of submitting credit packs for risk and commercial approvals for new deals. Evaluate deal profitability, cost of funding and expected revenues, and monitor risk parameters including utilization of risk weighted assets and exposure at default. Receive and approve new client borrowing requests. Perform portfolio analytics and lead special projects. Salary range: $182,500 - $230,000. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a closely related field and minimum 3 years of experience in any occupation involving bank treasury finance. Must have experience working with: financial services and accounting; monitoring and reporting performance of bank portfolios; working with cash and liquidity positions; developing forecasts; analyzing profit and loss statements; and analyzing financial implications of new capital issuances, capital investments, and hedging strategies.
