Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in the Security industry for a Telecommunications Specialist situated in New York, New York. The role involves leading, managing, and executing a high-volume mobile device depot, including exception management and reporting. You will also be tasked with hardware, software, and basic networking responsibilities, as well as handling VOIP phone systems, and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing a high-volume mobile device depot

• Handling exception management and reporting for the mobile device depot

• Gaining experience in hardware, software, and basic networking industry

• Managing VOIP phone systems and adhering to industry standards

• Developing a solid understanding of Telecom Expense Management (TEM)

• Gaining knowledge in Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Enterprise Mobility management (EMM)

• Utilizing skills in Avaya CMS, Crystal Reports, Management System, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, About Time, Communication, Customer Service, Documentation, and Human Resources (HR) Administration. Requirements • Proficient in Avaya CMS and Crystal Reports software

• Familiarity with Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel is necessary

• Knowledge of About Time software is required

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Strong customer service abilities

• Ability to accurately document and maintain records

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration is beneficial

• Familiarity with various management systems

• Previous work experience in the security industry is preferred

• Telecommunication specialist certification or relevant training is a plus.

• Must be able to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly
