Learn more about benefits at Meta at this link: https://www.metacareers.com/facebook-life/benefits.Duties:Drive operational excellence and based on review of current processes through documentation and analysis of process and data flows and the identification of opportunity areas that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved processes and approaches to the business. Design new global process flows as well as internal tool and CRM requirements and run point on implementation in partnership with Product and Engineering. Drive global standardization and operational alignment across various different Go-To-Market approaches. Regularly communicate with stakeholders across the Sales organization to define global Operations roadmap, execute on projects and establish effective feedback loops with central and regional teams. Collaborate and influence numerous cross-functional partners across the organization, including Product Management, and Engineering to ensure best in class collaboration across all Operations projects.Requirements:Requires a Master’s degree in Finance, Statistics, International Business, Economics, Management, Sales Finance, Business Planning, Strategy Consulting, or related field and three years of experience in the job offered or in a data-related occupation.Requires three years of experience in the following:1. Experience extracting data from large/complex databases;2. Experience analyzing market, advertiser and agency performance, defining go-to-market strategy and programs, and leading annual planning across teams;3. SQL, Salesforce, and Tableau;4. Experience using data visualizations and building scalable reporting tools;5. Experience presenting business and technical content to peers and general audiences;6. Experience using PowerPoint, Excel and Google Slide;7. Experience working with cross-functional partners and stakeholders

Minimum Salary: 198,552 Maximum Salary: 205,700 Salary Unit: Yearly
