We are on the lookout for a Senior IT Support Engineer 2 to join our team in New York. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining our IT systems and networks, ensuring business continuity and enhancing overall productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Provide end-user technical support, including troubleshooting and problem resolution for both macOS and Windows Desktop environments.

• Implement, manage, and maintain Microsoft-related technologies such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365.

• Support and manage networks including switches, firewalls, TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS.

• Implement and support cybersecurity tools and best practices, including next-generation antivirus, endpoint protection, DLP solutions, disk encryption, SSO, and MFA.

• Leverage your experience with Cisco Meraki and ConnectWise to further enhance our IT infrastructure.

• Handle Android Development and Citrix Technologies, ensuring smooth operations.

• Master the maintenance and troubleshooting of Mac Computers and Apple Devices.

• Manage and optimize Microsoft and Active Directory operations within the organization.

• Oversee the company's computer hardware and ensure proper configuration management and deployment.

Your expertise in these areas will significantly contribute to our operations, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and secure IT environment.

Requirements

• 6+ years of recent end-user technical support experience, including providing support to executive-level users

• Extensive macOS and Windows Desktop experience

• Experience with Microsoft related technologies: Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365

• Experience implementing and supporting networks including switches, firewalls and a good knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS

• Experience with cybersecurity tools and best practices, including next-generation antivirus, endpoint protection, DLP solutions, and disk encryption, SSO and MFA

• MSP experience

• US citizen required

• Cisco Meraki
