Reporting to the Sr. Director, Platform & Initiatives, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Platform Marketing Manager to own the GTM strategy and drive internal and external campaigns for key new product categories and initiatives. As the Senior Platform Marketing Manager, you will have an opportunity to play a critical role in driving digital growth through designing multi-channel campaigns, strategic lead generation tactics, building relationships with internal and external customers, helping to create high quality marketing materials, and elevating the voice of the customer to influence the developmental roadmap. This is a remote position open to applicants within the United States and requires up to 25% travel for the year.

What you will be doing:

  • Work and thrive within an integrated cross-functional team currently focused on the company's newest product category, McGraw Hill GO
  • Develop and drive the overall marketing strategy for McGraw Hill GO and future products and key initiatives
  • Design and execute creative integrated marketing campaigns to generate leads, enhance platform brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase existing customer retention
  • Lead marketing communication with strategic partners including Product Marketing, Central Marketing, Market Development and Sales
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify target audiences and align marketing initiatives with business objectives
  • Act as the voice of the customer to influence the developmental roadmap, resulting in the enhancement of product features and increased usage
  • Utilize customer data and analytics from the Customer Success team and Platform Owners to gain insights into customer behavior, asset usage within our platforms and retention rates
  • Develop internal and external training resources to support sales enablement and product usage; provide sales support to internal and external customers
  • Partner with Market Development and Sales colleagues to amplify awareness and build pipeline
  • Identify and establish Digital Faculty Consultants for McGraw Hill GO to provide instructor support and drive customer acquisition
  • Analyze market trends and potential market opportunities and participate in market research, marketing planning, and product development

What can you bring to the role?

  • 4+ years' experience in B2B Product Marketing with a focus on sales enablement and GTM strategy development and execution
  • Experience launching a new product in the market
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with proven success in working across functions and campaign strategy ownership
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation and project management systems
  • Creative and curious mindset
  • Strong ability to identify, prioritize, and execute marketing objectives to grow market share, promote customer retention, and drive revenue
  • The ability to consistently meet deadlines, and on occasion, turn projects around in a short timeframe
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo and Asana (preferred)

The pay range for this position is between $75,000 - $125,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location.An annual bonus plan may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
