Work closely with product and design teams to build new and innovative application experiences for the iOS platform. Implement custom native user interfaces using the latest iOS programming techniques and development tools. Build reusable iOS software components for interfacing with our back-end platforms. Analyze and optimize UI and infrastructure application code for quality, efficiency, and performance. Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluations of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Complete medium to large features (each with many tasks) independently without guidance. Identify and drive changes as needed for assigned codebase, product area, or systems.Requirements:Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field. and 36 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Requires 36 months of experience involving the following:1. Coding in C, C++, Java, or C#;2. Creating web applications using Python, PHP, or Ruby;3. Relational databases and SQL;4. Conducting design and code reviews;5. Object-oriented software development;6. Building Android applications in Java using Android SDK;7. Android internals or frameworks services;8. Coding in Java;9. Building maintainable and testable codes bases including API design and unit testing techniques;10. Multithreading programming and mobile memory management;11. Software development tools: Code editors (VIM or Emacs), and revision control systems (Subversion, GIT, or Perforce);12. Linux, UNIX, or other *nix-like OS including file manipulation and simple commands;13. Core web technologies: HTML, CSS, or JavaScript;14. Data structures and Algorithms;15. Building complex applications for the iPhone, iPad and other iOS based products using Objective-C, Swift, or C++ with the iOS SDK;16. Client-server communication patterns: REST, GraphQL, or gRPC;17. Mobile architecture patterns that can scale to a large number of programmers and teams in one codebase including MVVM, VIPER, or modularization;18. Scripting languages: Perl, Python, PHP, or shell scripts;19. HTML or CSS including layout, specificity, cross browser compatibility, and accessibility;20. Debugging or benchmarking; and21. Working with code bases building micro services, REST APIs, and GraphQL.
