Adobe Inc. Software Development Engineer (multiple openings)   in New York, New York
Design, develop, and optimize computer and network software, and Adobe-specific utility programs. Duties include: Design, develop and manage iOS/iPadOS applications for Frame.io. Lead a team of iOS engineers to execute on the long-term application roadmap. Draft and design the technical specifications for software systems. Work closely with Designers and Product Managers to implement software solutions which address’s Frame.io’s business and brand needs. Monitor and maintain Frame.io’s production iOS applications. May allow for partial telecommuting. Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field followed by 60 months of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a Software Development Engineer-related occupation. Position requires 60 months of experience in the following: Leading engineering architecture and design for native iOS applications at scale; iOS development in Objective C or Swift; fluid user interface development with UIKit, CoreAnimations or CoreGraphics; designing mobile API systems using REST or RPC; developing mobile features with SQLite or CoreData; and demonstrated cross functional leadership with external engineering teams and design partners.
