Ennead Architects, LLP Senior Project Architect in New York, New York
(1) Collaborate with architects/consultants/specialists/clients in all phases of design/documentation/implementation for various scale projects, including large-scale/complex mixed-used commercial & residential projects (2) Provide architectural support to Partners/Senior designers in design/selection/coordination/materials/systems (3) Design/review/implement phase documents & client's presentations from schematic design through construction documents (4) Lead in coordination with design/engineering/consultant team on design developments/ technical solutions (5) Undertake research on project requirements & engage in programming/zoning/building code analysis (6) Perform exterior/interior designs using 3D modeling/rendering/diagrams to meet clients creative/functional needs (7) Manage BIM model & coordinate with BIM specialists to resolve problems (8) Conduct on-site observations to monitor compliance with contract documents
Required: Master of Architecture & New York State Architect License. Minimum 2-year architectural design experience on large-scale/complex mixed-used commercial & residential projects. Sound knowledge of building structure/construction & sustainable/environmental design; Advanced architectural design techniques & strong hand sketching/digital modeling/illustration skills; Proficient in Revit/Dynamo/AutoCAD/Sketchup/Enscape/Rhino/V-Ray/Grasshopper/Adobe Creative Suite.
