What You Will Do:

Accountable for the growth and development of Ralph’s Club, Romance, and Hallmarks for the US (#1 market for the brand).

Responsible for the strategy, implementation, and evaluation of the business in Department stores (Macy’s, Dillard’s), Self-Assist (Ulta, Sephora, JC Penney) and Pure Players (Amazon, D2C).

As a Senior Manager, the responsibilities include:

  • Development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies, including all promotional activities and product launches.

  • Interact effectively with departments - such as sales planning, operations, finance, CERE, A&I, media, creative, sales administration, brand asset manager, DMI, and senior management team.

  • Monitor and analyze business results to recommend opportunities for improving plans and their execution.

  • Own category support calendar and plan including key promotions, in-store merchandising, 360 support plans, activations, and digital elements.

  • Own vision & strategy for launches and hero pillars. Work with cross-functional teams to execute key initiatives.

  • Ensure that launches are delivered on Time + On Budget.

  • Proactively own sales results and category analytics to diagnose the business.

  • Develop forecasts/sizing for new product launches and sets, track, and re-trend as needed. Ensure Demand Planning is current on the latest estimates.

  • Set Pricing Strategy. Develop SKU Rationalization strategy. Route through necessary approval channels to meet account needs.

  • Understand market share gaps for both 100% and Circana markets, identify white space and strategies to gain share, and outperform the competition.

  • Responsible for management meeting prep/decks.

    What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field.

  • 5-7 years brand management experience, preferably with Fragrances

  • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.

  • Excellent written/oral communication skills and forecasting experience.

  • Strong execution, leadership and consensus building/decision making skills.

  • Computer literacy in PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Ability to travel domestically periodically (max. 25%).
