Job Description

Our team is looking for someone who will turn brand strategy into purposeful design. Beyond that, here’s how you’ll make your mark:

  • Partner with creative directors and designers to define and translate strategies into effective visual communication

  • Develop digital design systems that challenge the status quo

  • Champion, define and implement unique design solutions across digital media

  • Conceive of original ideas that bring simplicity and clarity to complex design challenges

Qualifications

Across 4+ years of experience, you know what it takes to slay design. These are the core skills you’ve totally nailed:

  • Expert-level knowledge in digital design best practices including responsive user experiences

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite

  • Experience with Sketch and Adobe XD

  • Strong concept development

  • Solid verbal and written presentation skills

  • Strong creative problem-solving skills

  • Excellent understanding of composition, color, imagery typography and all that jazz.

  • Self-motivated, team-frickin’ player.

  • Ability to successfully self-manage time, process, and workflow within tight deadlines

  • Passion, curiosity, and understanding for all things digital

Additional Information

Compensation Range: $64,500 - $101,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. The Company anticipates the application deadline for this job posting will be 06/18/2024.
