Job Description
How you’ll strengthen the team:
Our team is looking for someone who is not only passionate about, and comfortable with, working with large sets of data – but also someone who gets excited about finding meaning within that data to successfully transform our client’s business and marketing challenges. Beyond that, here’s how you’ll make your mark:
Own complete delivery cycle of ongoing analytics deliverables, including integrated marketing dashboards (developed within Tableau)
Gather business requirements for analytics deliverables, including documentation of data architecture requirements, measurement planning, and front-end wireframes
Manage and integrate data from a wide variety of sources, including (but not limited to) Web, Media, Rx, Payer, Coupon/Co-Pay, Sampling, Social, and CRM
How you’ll grow with us:
Senior Associate, Analytics is where you’ll start, but we’re always planning for where you’ll go. Our Senior Analytics Associates are all expected to hone skills that will help build on their careers. Those skills include:
Work closely with internal (Analytics, Client Service, Strategy, Creative, Media, UX) and external (AOR, 3rd Party vendors, client analytics department) partners to develop disruptive customer insights and recommendations based on learnings from the data.
Develop & maintain detailed documentation of deliverables
Serve as the subject matter expert for the context of the data
Be responsible for ongoing web analytics implementation & QA utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
Qualifications
Here are the skills you’re ready to put to work:
BS in a quantitative field (such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, and Engineering) preferred
Advanced degree (MS/MBA/PhD) a bonus
Motivated to learn new tools, techniques, and platforms
Minimum 2 year working experience with a data visualization tool such as Tableau, Qlikview, Spotfire, or Microstrategy
Minimum 2 years working with SQL
Advanced Excel Skills
Experience with statistical software such as R, Python, SAS, or SPSS a plus
Experience with advanced analytics techniques such as Regression, Neural Networks, CART, etc. a plus
Experience with Web Analytics Tools, including Implementation (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract the context of the data through standard data analysis methodologies
Fluent with English and able to effectively communicate (read/write/speak) with various productivity tools
Professional work ethic (accountable, reliable, honest)
Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity & evolving business needs
Capability of multitasking with proper prioritization
Additional Information
Compensation Range: $52,500 - $83,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
