Overview
Day to day, you will be an integral part of an Account Team focused on US Hispanic initiatives, supporting one of the country’s largest telecom brands. In this role, you will assist senior account team members by serving as a key point of contact between the agency, clients, and media partners. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing the seamless execution of campaigns from concept to broadcast while delivering on key client objectives.
This is a fast-paced, high-growth opportunity where you’ll work directly with members of our leadership team. To be successful in this role, proficiency in both English and Spanish is required, including the ability to read, write, and proofread Spanish-language content.
Responsibilities
Acquire in-depth knowledge of the client’s business: key issues, competitive landscape, industry trends and the implications on our work.
Stay up-to-date on changes to media channels and advertising trends, understanding what is best-in-class and how, when, and where to reference it as a creative solution for my team, client or work.
Drive client projects across a variety of media channels including TV, print, OOH, employee communications, social and digital.
Own the process from beginning to end to ensure work gets shipped on time.
Identify ways to turn problems into opportunities, knowing when to escalate–always with a solution (or two) in mind.
Think three steps ahead to anticipate the question the client is definitely going to ask, have already sourced the competitive example the creative team will need–working on those things before they even come up or anyone asks for them.
Track and manage expectations on timelines, budgets and priorities so my supervisors and clients aren’t caught off guard by something happening on one of my projects.
Provide clarity by taking accurate/timely notes from all meetings and conference calls to keep the extended team aligned on agreements, next steps and responsibilities.
Serve as THE final set of eyes on everything I do–constantly on the lookout for mistakes never assuming that someone else will catch them.
Be the glue across agency departments to pull everyone and everything together guiding teams towards our common goal of delivering great work.
Train and manage interns (and potentially Brand Coordinators) to help them get the hang of getting things done in the agency faster and more accurately.
