• Manage multi-line phone system to ensure efficient communication within the office.

• Perform data entry tasks, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.

• Handle email correspondence, responding to inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word to manage and organize files.

• Schedule appointments, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.

• Maintain an organized filing system for easy access to documents.

• Utilize interpersonal skills to foster a positive and productive work environment. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

• Proficient in answering multi-line phone system

• Strong customer service skills

• Experience with data entry tasks

• Ability to handle email correspondence effectively

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word

• Experience with organizing files and maintaining records
