Assess, plan, and communicate the roll-out of new service offerings and enhancements to existing products to different audiences across our global organization. Engage and build relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure that development and operational readiness requirements are understood and implemented. Communicate feedback, challenges, roadblocks, and business insights effectively and concisely to appropriate audiences and stakeholders. Continually refine best practices for efficient and scalable end-to-end frameworks for launch process management. Review and assess existing tools and processes involved in the global Facebook customer support process and develop holistic solutions to connect the processes and improve customer experience. Support the go-to-market process for new and updated commerce products and manage communication to different audiences across the global organization. 15% travel required at various unanticipated locations throughout the United States. 4% travel required at various unanticipated locations internationally.Requirements:Requires Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management Information Systems, or related field. Requires 24 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Experience must include 24 months of experience in each of the following:1.Building relationships with cross-functional teams, delivering impact consistently through seamless communication, and influencing teams towards shared goals; 2.Leading data-driven projects and communicating the results of analysis and insights to technical and non-technical audiences;3.Defining and tracking metrics and implementing programs to improve operational performance; and4.Driving complex and large-scale changes to processes and operations that improve efficiency, increase collaboration, and transform the rhythm of business.
