Manager, Salesforce Consulting (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, New York, NY. Assist clients leverage Salesforce technology to enhance their customer experiences, enable sustainable change, and drive results. Develop custom solutions powered by Salesforce to transform their sales, service and marketing capabilities by exploring data and identifying trends, managing customer life cycles, strategically building and leveraging online communities, driving employee engagement and collaboration, and connecting directly with channel partners to share goals, objectives, and activities in a secure, branded location. Demonstrate in-depth technical expertise. Establish and maintain client relationships and professional networks.Design and develop software programs, focusing on Salesforce technology solutions to enhance customer experiences, facilitate sustainable change, and drive tangible results for clients. Build integrations with third-party systems using a variety of integration patterns and Salesforce capabilities. Utilize understanding of enterprise applications to integrate Salesforce with other systems to enable end-to-end ecosystem for enterprise customers. Design and develop Salesforce technology-enabled solutions that address the needs of large organizations, ensuring data accuracy through data analytics, management, and validation. Implement enterprise technology solutions to streamline organizational needs and ensure compliance with legal-related and industry-specific standards and regulations. Perform UI customization and task automation using standard and custom Salesforce features.40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $169,229/yr. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.Any one or more of the following Certification(s) required: Salesforce.com Certified Administrator, Salesforce.com Certified Developer, and/or Salesforce.com Certified Sales/Service Consultant.Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:•Defining and delivering scalable technical solution architecture and integrated solutions involving different Salesforce clouds; •Working with the Business Architect and/or Business Analyst to translate the customer requirements into a working solution;•Performing systems application implementations, software configurations, or other related coding in at least one or more of the following technical product suites: Salesforce.com, SAP, Oracle, Marketo, cloud business applications or on-premise ERP business applications; and•Performing third party integrations, applying knowledge of third-party functionality and impact of these integrations. 80% telecommuting permitted.
