We are looking for a passionate Digital Product Manager to lead the execution of our future evolution of underlying platforms and architecture that powers our application and post-application experiences. In this role, you will engage and collaborate with teams across the Enterprise to identify opportunities for centralizing processes, build, scale and maintain capabilities and tools to reduce journey friction, support journey teams' goals, improve efficiency and reduce time to market.

How will you make an impact in this role?

Your responsibilities include:

  • Understanding and representing user needs, both customers and internal teams.

  • Collaborate across LOBs and COEs to contribute to the platform strategy, stand-up best in class operating models that optimize flow of product delivery across the digital acquisition ecosystem.

  • Partner with Journey teams and technologies, understand their key pain points to design, build and maintain scalable capabilities to power application and post-application experiences.

  • Identify opportunities to centralize services, tools, capabilities, and processes across our partner journey teams, that drives efficiencies and reduce time to market. This could include but not limited to centralizing journey tagging, design standard uplifts, market migrations, experimentation utilities etc.

  • Lead the build and scalability of Accessibility scanning tool to ensure compliance of our Enterprise web experiences with WCAG and ADA accessibility guidelines globally.

  • Prioritizing product features and capabilities with a clear focus on driving improvement in business outcomes and accelerate product delivery across digital acquisition ecosystem.

  • Partnering with engineering and multiple cross-functional disciplines throughout the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery and ongoing iteration.

  • Overseeing the delivery of product roadmap in collaboration with go-to-market, journey partners, engineering, and design functions, often coordinating with other delivery teams.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5 years’ experience of product management shipping features that delight customers and users. If you’re passionate about technology improving lives and have go-to-market or other highly relevant experiences we’re happy to consider your application.

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills. You’re able to articulate the reasons behind your work and bring others along with you. The skills stretch from writing customer journey narratives and mocking up wireframes to share with engineers to inspiring go to market teams with our strategy and roadmap.

  • Strong collaboration & relationship skills – we are a relationship-oriented company, that values diverse perspectives. You will be the evangelist for the strategy and roadmap but won’t be successful without bringing others along with you. Your ability to listen deeply, contextualize your insights are essential to achieving the best outcomes.

  • Interdisciplinary experience. In addition to the standard product functions of design and engineering, you have experience working on/with platform teams, solution architects, analytics, and go-to-market teams.

  • The spirit of an entrepreneur with an ability to contribute to product development, project management and technical solutioning.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with competing resources and priorities, through the product life cycle from planning and development, through launch.

Qualifications

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefits
