Description We are offering a permanent contract employment opportunity for an IT Support Specialist at our location. In this role, you will primarily handle the technical aspects of Zoom meetings, including audio and video quality, breakout rooms, and more. Your responsibilities will also extend to basic troubleshooting in Active Directory and Office 365. The job is within the Non-Profit industry and requires skills in computer hardware, configuration management, Zoom, customer service, and Office 365.

Responsibilities:

• Manage technical aspects of Zoom meetings to ensure smooth operation.

• Handle audio and video related issues to ensure optimum performance during meetings and conferences.

• Conduct basic troubleshooting in Active Directory and Office 365.

• Coordinate with other technical team members to resolve complex technical issues.

• Keep updated with new advancements in audio and video conferencing technology.

• Run the audio video conferencing aspects for presenters or act as the lead presenter when required.

• Ensure proper functioning of equipment before scheduled meetings or conferences.

• Address issues related to Logitech and Polycom video conferencing equipment. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Computer Hardware, including the ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain various hardware components.

• Strong experience in Configuration Management, including the ability to manage, update, and troubleshoot software and hardware configurations.

• Excellent knowledge of and experience with Zoom, including setting up meetings, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and providing user training.

• Exceptional Customer Service skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical staff, understand their needs, and provide timely and effective solutions.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including the ability to troubleshoot issues, provide user support, and manage user accounts and permissions. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
